THE ZACH RESNICK QUARTET

Trumpet player Zach Resnick is a performer, arranger and composer who has lived in NYC and Amman, Jordon and has performed in some of the most prestigious venues there. A graduate of Oberlin College & Conservatory where he majored in Jazz and Politics, his interests have extended well beyond music into digital commerce and music as a tool of social change: he founded and led the Yafo Harmony Initiative which taught music to poor Israeli and Palestinian youth as a vehicle to bring them together. Resnick explores jazz standards with a fresh perspective and features many of his innovative original compositions.
