Pianist and Composer Dahveed Behroozi is a San Francisco Bay Area based musician. His focus is in jazz, classical, and new music. He is an active player both as a leader and sideman in the Bay Area, nationally and also internationally.
In 2012, Dahveed released his first record Games with the bassist Thomas Morgan and the drummer Tim Bulkley.
Dahveed has performed and recorded with Thomas Morgan, Tyshawn Sorey, Billy Mintz, Dayna Stephens, Loren Stillman and Dan Weiss just to name a few.
Originally from San Jose CA, Dahveed received his BA from the Manhattan School of music. He then received his Master’s from the Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College.
